I purchased this book for my 14 year old
granddaughter. I tell her everyday that she's a queen. This book emphasizes the importance of having high self esteem, how to be confident, and always being positive.
Teenagers are dealing with so many issues that they need something they can reflect on when they come into contact with different experiences as they grow older. They need more positive influence, motivation, encouragement and reminders that they are Queens.

AISHA K. FREEMAN
Aisha K. Freeman is a young inspiration who knows how hard it can be to remain positive when tough situations arise. Since she began her love for health and wellness along with community engagement at the age of 16, Aisha has faced her fair share of pressure and obstacles, handling each of them with courage and charm.
Aisha is a wife, social worker, advocate, and a prominent community leader, best known for hosting community enrichment and empowerment camps in Houston, Texas for adolescent and teenage girls between the ages of 7 and 18.

While in Louisiana, she worked with many non-profit and for-profit organizations that later improved her skillset as a community leader. While working in the community, Aisha met many young girls who seemed to not only be broken mentally, but also spiritually and physically. This prompted her to begin mentoring girls daily with words of encouragement and group empowerment sessions that consisted of self-help and team building exercises focused on self-esteem and self worth.
